Alanna earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University’s School of Arts and Sciences.  She has served as a member of the Board of Education and currently serves as a Councilwoman in Haworth, NJ. Alanna's happy place is any beach. Anywhere.

Heather Wasser, Tilted Crown founder,  oversees brand- building strategies and design. She specializes in creative branding, message development and production. Heather’s combination of professional experience, keen instinct and discerning taste make her a sought-after communications consultant.

Heather spent her corporate career in the Production department of McCann-Erickson Advertising in New York. Starting straight from college, she was the first production admin hired as a test to change the job into a growth opportunity. The position had historically been only to provide administrative support. Within two years she was promoted to Assistant Producer and the production admin model had been transformed into a training ground for producers. Six years into her stint she was a respected TV and Radio Producer working on 6-7 figure campaigns. Clients included Gateway Computers, MasterCard, Sprint, Unilever & Dos Equis.

Her proudest achievement was the 6-month development and production of the television advertising campaign that launched Microsoft’s XBox gaming system. Her eight years at McCann were invaluable in teaching her to balance creativity with marketing strategy and to maximize synergy between the two.

After leaving the corporate world behind to raise her children, Heather was restless. Developing a custom stationery business out of her home kept her up to date on trends and honed her ability to read individuals’ personal sense of style. She parlayed those skills into several years working with event planners developing “brands” --themes -- for social events large and small.

Now partnered with Alanna she handles the branding, talent management, PR & marketing needs of creatives, corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Her proven creative vision and ability to execute that vision help clients meet and exceed their goals.

Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Newcomb College, Tulane University.

She serves as the Mayor of  her town.

In her next life she would like to be Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Or Beyonce.
